Service Scope Definition
      The platform’s core service scope covers online commodity display, demand matching, service consultation and transaction auxiliary support for individual users. All services provided are limited to daily personal use scenarios, and users shall not utilize platform services for batch processing, commercial re-transaction or other non-personal conventional use purposes.
User Rights Protection
      Users have the right to obtain standard service corresponding to platform public settings during the use of services, and can put forward reasonable consultation and feedback on service experience problems. The platform will respond to valid user feedback as soon as possible and make targeted improvements to existing service links appropriately.
Service Limitation Rules
      In case of objective factors beyond manual control that affect service operation, including but not limited to system equipment failure, network signal abnormality and unexpected environmental changes, the platform may suspend or adjust partial service functions temporarily without prior notice, and will resume normal service operation as soon as the adverse factors are eliminated.
Term Update Mechanism
      The platform reserves the right to revise and improve these service terms according to service iteration and user demand changes. The updated terms will take effect upon public display on the platform, and continuous use of platform services by users after the update is deemed as recognition of the revised terms.
